Rehabilitation Plan

We begin by locating and making offers on properties. We also hire the contractors and other workers to rehabilitate the properties acquired.

    • Identify multiple properties that need improvement.
    • Gather rough cost estimates, extent of renovations, and the expected market value after completion.
    • Select the lender that will finance the purchase and repair costs.
    • Hire a contractor or plan reviewer for the project.
    • Have the property and renovation plans appraised.
    • After completion re-sale at market value.
